How to Cancel Your Order
We only charge your credit card once your order ships from our warehouse. If you want to cancel, contact our customer service immediately at support@get-leaflab.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number.
We ship most orders the same day, so we cannot always guarantee cancellation. If successful, refunds are issued within 15 days.
Returning Your Items
If you are not satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must remain sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Please contact customer service before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Customers cover return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive and approve the return.
Returns from Outside the EU (Including the UK)
If you return products from outside the EU, including the UK, you are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and clearance costs.
Mark your parcel clearly as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid delays. If a shipment arrives with unpaid duties or fees, we may refuse it and no refund will be issued.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please send photos of the packaging and damaged items.
If the parcel is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. We will gladly replace damaged goods.
Refund Process
Once your return arrives, we will confirm receipt and inform you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Fees for Undeliverable Packages
If your parcel is returned because it was rejected, refused, or not collected, we will deduct a handling fee:
